Refund Overview
If you have any problems with my performance during your support session and you are not satisfied, I won’t charge you. I want you to be completely happy and will do whatever it takes to make it right with you. So please don’t hesitate, I want to know about any bad experiences right away.
If you are approved a refund, it will be handled on-site.
Exchanges
We don’t offer any exchanges, transfers, or refunds of any services rendered or products sold after we leave your location for that session.
