A: Yes! I can provide remote tech support to help people no matter where you live. Please contact me to learn more.
A: Absolutely! All you need is an iPhone or an Android type of phone that is working and the ability to install an app. We then can tap in to the camera on your phone and then we can see everything that you see and can we can tell you exactly what you need to do to fix your problem. Perhaps it’s to set up a wireless printer, or set up your wifi system, or to program your Apple TV, or anything else technical that can’t be done on your computer for whatever reason. A: I often can make same-day appointments and can schedule an appointment as far out in the future as you like to secure the same hourly rate.

A: Your hourly rate for tech support is $100 per hour with a one hour minimum.
A: You get a free hour of tech support after you have purchased 6 hours of tech support. However, I do charge a minimum of one hour of tech support per session and your free hour will start after the first paid hour is over.
